Fresh Flower Report
Fresh flowers must be checked upon delivery. Any quality issues must be reported to us within **1 hour** of receipt.
Refund as Store Credit
Approved refunds are issued as **Store Credit** to be used for your next premium floral experience with Elvora.
Zero Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking or return fees. If it's our fault, we take full responsibility for the refund.

Quality issues: Within 1 hour.
Damaged/Incorrect: Within 2-5 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
Complaints made after one day or several days following delivery cannot be entertained due to the nature of fresh flowers.
Conditions
Proof of report must be provided within the specified hour window via WhatsApp or Email.
