1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Elvora (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Elvora regarding your access to and use of the elvora.ae website (the “Website”) and all related services. By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or using our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Website and services.

Elvora is a registered business operating in the United Arab Emirates, specialising in the retail sale of premium fresh flowers, luxury bouquets, and curated gifts. 3. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To make purchases and access certain features, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us at support@elvora.ae of any unauthorised use. You may not share, transfer, or allow others to use your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Product Information and Quality

All flowers and gifts sold on our Website are premium-quality products sourced from trusted growers and suppliers. We guarantee the freshness of our floral arrangements at the time of delivery. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly due to seasonal availability and natural variation.

Disclaimer: Flower appearances may vary slightly from website images due to natural variations and lighting. Where specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the arrangement.

5. Pricing, Currency, and Availability

All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Fresh flowers are zero-rated for VAT under UAE tax regulations; applicable VAT may apply to non-floral gift items. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, supplier pricing, or promotional periods. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Product availability is updated regularly but not guaranteed until payment is processed and order confirmation is issued. Limited edition or seasonal items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Order Processing and Payment Terms

All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, or pricing errors. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. You will receive email confirmation upon successful order placement and again when your order is dispatched with tracking information.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE. Delivery costs vary by location and are displayed at checkout. Free delivery applies to all Dubai orders; complimentary delivery is also available on orders above AED 1,000 across all other Emirates (valid until 30 March 2026). Same-day and next-day delivery slots are available for select areas in Dubai. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of fresh flowers, any quality, freshness, or damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Unopened, non-perishable gift items may be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 9. Promotions and Coupons

Elvora may offer promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers from time to time. These are subject to the following terms:

  • Coupons are valid only for the specified period and cannot be used after expiration.
  • Only one coupon or discount can be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Coupons may not be combined with other promotions or offers unless specified.
  • Some coupons may have minimum purchase requirements or be limited to specific products or categories.
  • Coupons are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time without notice.
  • Please check the specific terms provided with each coupon or promotion at the time of use.

10. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of Elvora or licensed to us and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. The compilation and organisation of all content is our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Prohibition on Resale: The purchase of products from Elvora is strictly for personal use or gifting. Reselling, distributing, or using our products for commercial purposes without explicit written authorisation from Elvora is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination, legal action, or both.

You further agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities: providing false information during registration or purchase; using the Website for fraudulent purposes; attempting to breach security measures; posting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content; impersonating other persons or entities; interfering with Website operations; or using automated systems to access the Website. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Website, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with UAE Federal Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection. 15. Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, labour disputes, supplier failures, or internet/technology failures. During such events, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify customers of any significant delays. Our obligations will be suspended during the period of such circumstances and extended for a reasonable period thereafter.

16. Modifications and Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or service offerings. Material changes will be posted on our Website with an updated “Last Modified” date. For significant changes, we may notify customers via email. Your continued use of our Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our Website and services.
