We operate in full compliance with UAE laws and regulations governing e-commerce and the sale of floral products.

All flowers and gifts sold on our website are of premium quality. We guarantee the freshness of our floral arrangements at the time of delivery. Please note that floral products are subject to seasonal availability; in cases where specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with flowers of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the arrangement.

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using our secure payment gateways, which are fully compliant with PCI DSS standards to ensure your financial safety.

We offer delivery services across the UAE. Detailed information regarding delivery times, zones, and notifications can be found in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the recipient or specified address.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, any quality or freshness concerns must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within a 2-5 hour window. For more details on eligibility and processing, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Prohibition on Resale: Purchase of products from Elvora is strictly for personal use or gifting. Commercial resale or distribution of our arrangements without express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
