Cancellation Guidelines
Pre-Processing
Full refund if cancelled before preparation begins.
Perishable Goods
Once prepared, floral orders cannot be cancelled.
Secure Refunds
Refunds processed back to the original method.
Cancellation Rules
Because Elvora deals with perishable items (fresh flowers) and personalized gifts, our cancellation window is limited:
Standard Delivery
Cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Same-Day Delivery
Only possible if the florist has not yet begun crafting the arrangement (typically 30-60 mins post-order).
Custom/Bulk Orders
Subscription or bulk event orders require 48-72 hours notice for cancellation.
Refund & Timeline
Method
All approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Card, Apple Pay, etc.).
Timeline
Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Exclusions
Once Dispatched
Orders that have already left our studio for delivery cannot be cancelled or redirected.
Incorrect Details
Cancellations due to incorrect addresses provided by the sender are not eligible for refunds.
